  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: Half day

Position Overview
A professional services organization supporting homeowners associations is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator. This position serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and visitors while acting as an internal liason to ensure inquiries are routed correctly. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing high volumes of communication. The ability to learn and accurately reference community-specific HOA rules and regulations is critical, as each property operates differently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, vendors, delivery personnel, and visitors.
  • Greet walk-in homeowners and manage front office activity.
  • Answer and screen all incoming phone calls (approximately 60 per day) and route them appropriately.
  • Manage a shared community email inbox, triaging messages to the correct internal departments.
  • Act as a buffer to prevent unnecessary disruptions and escalation.
  • Learn, organize, and reference HOA governing documents and community rules.
  • Draft clear, accurate written responses using community-specific documentation.
  • Edit and manage PDF documents using Adobe Pro.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with Outlook, Adobe Pro, and general computer functions (URLs, file management, PDF editing).
  • Strong customer service skills in a professional office setting (non-retail preferred).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling sensitive or challenging interactions.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to job stability (minimum one year preferred).

Compensation & Benefits
  • $24-$26/hour.
  • Paid holidays
  • PTO begins after approximately one year (80 hours), increasing with tenure and paid out annually if unused.

  • Role may transition to salaried in the future.
